Privacy Policy

Crescent Orbit Labs LLC ("we," "us") makes desktop apps, mobile apps, and games. This policy explains what information our products and this website handle and why. The short version: we collect as little as possible, we never sell your information, and most of what you do in our apps stays on your device.

Information we do not collect

We do not sell personal information, show third party advertising, or build profiles about you. Our products do not require you to create a Crescent Orbit Labs account.

Information that stays on your device

Settings, preferences, saved games, and files you open in our apps are stored on your device. Videos you process in Tesla Overlay are processed on your computer and are never uploaded, and GPS coordinates are hidden from its overlays by default.

Services our apps connect to

Some features only work by connecting to another company's service. When you use them, that service receives the information needed to do the job and handles it under its own privacy policy.

• Lurkdeck connects to Reddit to load posts and comments and, if you sign in, to act on your behalf. Your Reddit sign in is handled through Reddit and kept in your device's protected storage, and we do not receive your Reddit password. Posts, bookmarks, and downloads that Lurkdeck saves are encrypted on your device.
• When you turn on a map feature, Tesla Overlay downloads OpenStreetMap map tiles for the area recorded in your clip. This is the only network connection it makes.

Purchases and subscriptions

Purchases are processed by the App Store, Google Play, or Steam. We receive confirmation that a purchase is active so we can unlock features, but we never receive your payment card details.

This website

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes basic technical information such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect against attacks. The site does not use advertising cookies or tracking scripts.

Emails you send us

If you contact support, we use your email address and message only to respond to you and improve our products. We keep support emails only as long as needed, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.

Children

Our products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@crescentorbitlabs.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be noted in the affected apps.
